Who we are
This website is operated by Arihant Enterprise, Siddhi Industrial Park E-272, Nr. Shubh Prabhat Estate, Opp. Jubilee Mill, Bardolpura Road, Outside Dariyapur Gate, Dariyapur, Ahmedabad 380016, Gujarat, India ("Havinexx", "we"). For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us through the enquiry and partner forms: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, city, business name, the product you are interested in, and your message.
If, and only if, you allow analytics in the cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) to improve the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, share product information, pricing or dealer details, and follow up on a project or partnership you asked about. We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry may be passed to an authorised Havinexx dealer near you so they can serve you. We use trusted service providers (website hosting, email delivery) who process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business relationship, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise. It is then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect processing already done), and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

We take care to keep specifications, images and descriptions accurate, but products are continually improved and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen colours. Specifications on this site are indicative and do not form a contract. Please confirm details, availability and price with us or an authorised dealer before ordering.
Nothing on this website is an offer for sale. Orders are governed by the invoice and terms agreed at the time of purchase, including the warranty stated on the product packaging.

Havinexx® and the HX logo are registered trademarks. All content on this site, including text, product images, renders and design, belongs to Havinexx or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except that dealers may use product images to sell genuine Havinexx products.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of this site. Electrical installation should always be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with applicable codes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

We want everyone to be able to explore Havinexx lighting. This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and the Government of India's GIGW guidelines where applicable.
What we have done
Semantic HTML landmarks and headings; a skip-to-content link; full keyboard navigation with visible focus; text alternatives for meaningful images; colour contrast checked against AA (including our orange, used with black text); forms with labels and clear error messages; animations that respect “reduce motion” settings; and content that works at 200% zoom and on small screens.
